In your experience have most schools been able to follow the Seven Steps and apply for the awards through the website without one-to-one input or should a new programme factor in a lot of time for working with individual schools?

• Yes, when beginning the programme, you should factor in a lot of time to work with individual schools. These schools can eventually become ambassadors for other schools and they can also be called upon to help other schools. Experience has shown that the more assistance you give to individual schools the better the results and the better the applications are for awards.
